6 MENU SARAPAN PAGI YANG MUDAH DAN RINGKAS

Assalammualaikum..

Menu sarapan pagi orang Asia selalunya jenis berminyak, bergoreng atau berlemak. Memang agak jarang la orang-orang Asia yang mengamalkan pemakanan sarapan yang sihat. Sebenarnya kalau rajin takde masalah pun nak sediakan menu sarapan sihat ni. Salah satunya nasi lemak. Nasi lemak sebenarnya sihat cuma sambalnya kita boleh cuba untuk kurangkan minyak dan gantikan gula putih dengan gula yang lebih sihat.

Hari ni Ida nak kongsikan menu sarapan pagi yang sihat dan mudah untuk uolls sediakan.


6 MENU SARAPAN PAGI YANG MUDAH DAN RINGKAS

1. Roti Wraps

Ida pertama kali cuba wraps ni memang sedap. Ida cuba yang warna hijau ( onion& chive ) dan warna purple ( garlic ). Selain itu original, potato, curry, mulitgrain tortilla, dan banyak lagi. Uolls boleh cuba. Cara Ida simple je.

Rebus ayam dan carik-carikkan. Potong tomato, timun secara bentuk dadu. Masukkan salad dan mixed herbs, black pepper dan gaul. Lepas tu letak atas roti wraps ni yang dipanggang sikit kalu rajin dan letak mayonis dan sos cili. Dah siap. Memang sedap. Lain kali nak cuba yang jenis lain pula.


2. Telur dadar



Menu ni paling simple dan sebenarnya agak mengenyangkan. Terpulang pada citarasa masing-masing. Macam Ida suka tambah tomato, timun dalam telur dadar untuk sarapan macam ni. Lepas tu letak mayonis dengan sos cili kat atas. Kalau ada sosej. Tambah la sosej..ada cheese, letak la cheese. Tabur sikit rosemary atay thyme kat atas.

3. Overnight oat



Oat ni tak semua orang mengemarinya sebenarnya macam Ida sendiri. Kurang minat sikit oat ni. Selalunya Ida tambah oat dalam minuman nestum. Bagus oat ni bukan sahaja sihat malah mengenyangkan. Banyak resepi overnight oat dalam google korang boleh cari. Sebagai contohnya berry overnight oat. Buat malam sebelumnya dan simpan dalam peti. Esoknya sarapan uolls boleh terus makan.

4. Roti sandwich telur



Menu sarapan ni pun agak mudah nak buat. Hanya perlukan roti terpulang apa pun jenis roti tapi paling sihat dengan menggunakan roti wholegrain. Goreng telur mata lembu dan selitkan sedikit daun salad dan buah tomato. Jangan lupa letak sediki mayonis, sos cili da sedikit black pepper. Dah siap! Kalau ada cheese pun boleh letak jugak.

5. Roti bakar



Ni paling mudah nak sediakan. Buat roti bakar je..lepas tu sapu planta atau dengan jam serta kaya. Paling best, buat pulak telur separuh masak dan cecah dengan roti bakar pun sedap. 

6. ESP shaklee



Ini jugak sangat mudah nak sediakan. Sesuai untuk siapa yang memang tak sempat nak sediakan sarapan di rumah. Masa memandu pun boleh teguk minum. Cuma shake..shake..shake sahaja. Malah ESP mengandungi nutrisi yang bagus untuk kesihatan badan kita.

I look for daniel everywhere till I could chat with him on social network, he warned me never to disturb him again because he already had found another girl that he wants to live his life with, after a while, he blocked me from all access then I could not tell him of my pregnancy for him. so, I needed help from all corners of life, I decide to check to google my self or read some write up on-site on how to coup with my pain because I could not tell anybody about it not even my friends were aware of my pregnancy. I keep reading to cancel my self till I find how Dr. IKHIDE helps so many persons from different walks of life with their testimonies. then I decide to also contact him with dr.ikhide@gmail.com.
