2. Exercise - find something your enjoy and do it each day

3. Get at least 7 hours of sleep each night

4. Make a task list and mark each thing off as you go

5. Drink lots of water

  3. sy kalau rasa nak2 stress ni, cepat2 istighfar lepastu buat benda yg boleh gembirakan kita.. kdg2 tgk running man pun boleh release stress..
